Shipping Policy
UAE NATIONAL - We ship to all UAE via First Flight Courier Services.
Free Standard Shipping - Estimated Delivery Time - next day delivery (if order placed before 14:00 pm GMT+4)
Same Day Delivery - AED 30 (if order placed before 12:00 pm GMT+4)
INTERNATIONAL - We ship all international orders via DHL and their partners to 192 countries.
Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $200. Estimated Delivery Time - 3-5 business days depending on location.
Standard Shipping - Rate depends on the country of destination. Please refer to the checkout page price.

Customs Duties and Taxes:
Shipping prices exclude customs duties and taxes. You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes to your local authorities upon arrival of your parcel. The exact amount of customs duties and taxes will vary depending on the value of your order and the customs regulations of your country.
Tracking Your Order:
Every order is provided with a tracking number once shipped. You can use this tracking number to track the progress of your order and to estimate the delivery time. Please note that estimated and calculated delivery time frames are based off after dispatch from warehouse, and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, customs clearance, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing:
-Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).
-Order placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day
Changing shipping address:
-Shipping address cannot be changed
-We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed
Incorrect Shipping Address:
-Please note that providing an incorrect address may lead to delays or non-delivery of your order
-It’s the customer’s full responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered during the ordering process
Order cancellations:
Due to the speed and efficiency of our distribution centers, once you hit Pay button, we’re unable to cancel your order
Stolen or mis-delivered packages:
The Hmclub FZE assumes no liability for missing packages marked as delivered.
-Should you suspect a missdelivery, kindly reach out to us within 7 days from your estimated delivery time
-Failure to do so will regrettably prevent us from initiating an investigation with the delivery company or arranging a replacement for your parcel.
Unclaimed parcels:
In the event that a parcel remains unclaimed, your package may be returned to us. If and when your unclaimed parcel arrives, a new shipping fee will be charged for a re-delivery, OR a return admin fee of up to 30dhs from UAE orders and 150dhs for international orders, will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and refunds on free shipping:
If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, resulting in the total order amount falling below the free shipping threshold, the cost of the shipping that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund amount.
