Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the delicate nature of our products and strict hygiene protocols, all sales are final - unless your item arrives with a verified fabric or manufacturing defect.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
-Change of mind
-Incorrect size or color preference: we encourage all customers to refer to our product measurements and check photos for color reference before placing an order. Our sizing is designed to accommodate a range of head shapes comfortably, but silk has minimal stretch - so it’s important to ensure the right fit for you. If you are unsure, feel free to reach out before purchasing to: hello@thehmclub.ae
-Shipping delays
-Signs of use or attempted wear
-Damage caused during delivery (handled by the courier and beyond our control)

RETURNS ARE ONLY ACCEPTED IF:

The item has a fabric or manufacturing defect, such as:
-A visible tear or stitching issue not caused by wear
-Major embroidery misalignment
-Faulty construction (e.g. faulty clasp or lining)

RETURN CONDITIONS:

All returned items must:
-Be unworn and unused
-Be returned in original packaging
-Be free of makeup, perfume, or other signs of handling

EXCHANGES:

-We do not offer direct exchanges
-If eligible, use your credit voucher to place a new order

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN (FOR DEFECTIVE ITEMS ONLY):

-Email hello@thehmclub.ae within 3 days of delivery
-Include:
-Your order number
-Clear photos of the defect
-A brief description
-Our team will review and respond within 5 business days
-If your return is approved you’ll receive a credit voucher for the item’s value paid at checkout (excluding shipping). The voucher is valid for 6 months and redeemable at www.thehmclub.ae
-No cash refunds will be issued

RETURN SHIPPING:

-If approved, we will coordinate return shipping with you
-Return shipping is at customer’s expense
