UAE NATIONAL - We ship to all UAE via First Flight Courier Services.

Free Standard Shipping - Estimated Delivery Time - next day delivery (if order placed before 14:00 pm GMT+4)
 
Same Day Delivery - AED 30 (if order placed before 12:00 pm GMT+4)

INTERNATIONAL - We ship all international orders via DHL and their partners to 192 countries.

Free Standard Shipping - Orders over $200. Estimated Delivery Time - 3-5 business days depending on location.

Standard Shipping - Rate depends on the country of destination. Please refer to the checkout page price.

Customs Duties and Taxes:

Shipping prices exclude customs duties and taxes. Please note that:

  • Customer responsibility: You may be required to pay customs duties and taxes to your local authorities upon arrival of your parcel.
  • Variable amounts: The exact amount will depend on the value of your order and the customs regulations of your country.
  • Non-payment: Failure to pay customs duties may result in the parcel being returned. In such cases, all associated costs will be charged to the customer as outlined in our Unclaimed Parcels policy above.



Tracking Your Order:

Every order is dispatched with a tracking number. Please note:

  • Tracking number: Provided via email once your order has been shipped.
  • Estimated delivery times: Calculated from dispatch date, not order date.
  • Delays: Estimated timeframes may vary due to weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). Please note:

  • Processing days: Monday to Saturday only — orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Changing shipping address:

Please note the following regarding shipping addresses:

  • No changes permitted: Shipping addresses cannot be changed once an order is placed.
  • Original address only: We will only ship to the address entered at the time of purchase.

Incorrect Shipping Address:

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order:

  • Customer responsibility: It is your full responsibility to enter the correct address during checkout.
  • Consequences: An incorrect address may lead to delays, non-delivery, or the parcel being returned at your expense.

Order cancellations:

Due to the speed and efficiency of our fulfilment process:

  • No cancellations: Once you have clicked the Pay button, we are unable to cancel your order under any circumstances.

Stolen or mis-delivered packages:

The Hmclub FZE assumes no liability for missing packages marked as delivered. If you suspect a misdelivery, please note the following:

  • Report window: You must contact us within 7 days of your estimated delivery date to open an investigation.
  • Failure to report: Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be investigated and no replacement or refund will be issued.
  • Next steps: Email us at hello@thehmclub.ae with your order number and details of the issue so we can liaise with the delivery company on your behalf.

Unclaimed parcels:

In the event that a parcel remains unclaimed or is returned to us due to non-collection, failed delivery attempts, or unpaid customs duties, the following charges will be deducted from any refund or invoiced to the customer prior to re-delivery:

  • Customs duties: Any import duties or taxes paid by The Hmclub FZE on your behalf to retrieve the parcel will be charged in full to the customer.
  • Return shipping fee: The cost incurred by The Hmclub FZE for the parcel's return journey will be charged in full.
  • Re-delivery shipping fee: Should you wish to receive your order after it has been returned, a new shipping fee will be charged before re-dispatch.

Please note that The Hmclub FZE reserves the right to withhold re-delivery until all outstanding charges have been settled.

Returns and refunds on free shipping:

If a customer qualifies for free shipping on their original order and chooses to return an item, please note the following deductions will apply to any refund:

  • Original shipping cost: If the return causes the order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the outbound shipping cost that would have been applicable will be deducted from the refund.
  • Return shipping fee: The actual cost of return shipping is always at the customer's expense, regardless of whether the original order qualified for free shipping.
